COVID-19 SITUATION
• It seems like registered mail is back for most countries!
• Some countries might still only have Pos Ekspor and if I get an order from one of those countries, either the Pos Ekspor price might show up or it will show the registered mail price (and I'll let you know through email the correct shipping fee 🙏).
• There are also still a few countries I can't ship to (for example: Germany), and if I get an order from one of them I'll be cancelling and refunding the order unfortunately.
• Please note that because of the pandemic, shipping might take a longer time and there might be delays. Tracking will be available until it leaves Indonesia, after that it depends on your country's post office and the situation whether it is trackable or not. I will not be responsible for lost packages or problems during shipping and customs tax (if any).
1. Cancellation
Please understand that I do not accept cancellation of orders. All orders made are final and I will not cancel unless your package gets returned to me (I have to receive the package first) due to shipping problems made by courier or because no one was there to receive the package and you want to cancel instead of paying the shipping fee to send it again.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are usually for new designs that need a certain amount of slots to be filled so that they can be put in production! Pre-orders are open until all slots are filled or maybe a few days to weeks - it depends. If slots are not filled, pre-orders may be cancelled and the money would be refunded. If you want to buy a pre-order item please be patient as time is needed for slots to be filled and the pins to be manufactured (this might take up to months).
3. Shipping (PRE-COVID)
I ship from Jakarta, Indonesia and I use registered mail to ship worldwide as it is cheaper than EMS. it's around $9 worldwide (+$0.50 to $1 for each additional item), except for special items such as sets and mystery bags which cost more. shipping may take 10-21 days (depending on your country); tracking will be available until it leaves Indonesia, but after that it depends on your country's post office.

4. Grading
• Standards: best pins in the batch, there may be small imperfections
• B Grades: more imperfections than standards but nothing major
• C Grades: more noticeable and severe imperfections compared to B grades
• Seconds: even worse than C grades
